4329	Remove MIPHeurisitc module from PICO	jeckstei	jwatson	The MIPHeuristic module implements the Eckstein-Nediak heuristic, '''outside''' the summer 2007 heuristic framework. JP now has now implemented a module called ENHeuristic that implements the same algorithm '''inside''' the framework. Once we are sure we have not dropped or mangled anything crucial, we should remove the old, unused module (which also has a confusingly generic name).	task	new	normal	PICO 1.4	PICO	PICO 1.2.1 jeckstei caphill	Source Code
